FAQ

When does my shirt actually ship?
Your shirt ships within 7–10 days of checkout, tracking number included. There's a short window between your order and the shipping notification — that's normal, not a stall. Order on a Friday, blame the weekend, not us.
How do I track my order?
You'll get an order confirmation the second you check out, then a tracking email once your shirt is on the move — usually within a few days. Radio silence for a couple of days after ordering is normal, not a red flag. The shirt itself lands in 7–10 days.
Is shipping free?
Free on orders $75 and up. Under that it's a flat $5.95, shown to you before you pay a cent — no surprise fee sprung on you at the end.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet — checkout currently only accepts US shipping addresses. International is on the list, not on the site. Sorry, rest of the world; the grannies are working on it.
Can I pay extra to get it faster?
Not right now — everything ships standard, no rush option at checkout. If your event is tomorrow, this was never going to be the shirt for it.
What sizes do you carry?
Unisex S through 2XL, on every design. Pick the size, not a personality test.
How does the shirt actually fit?
Every OGF tee is a true-to-size unisex cut — classic, not skin-tight. Want it oversized and slouchy? Size up one. Run between sizes? Size down.
Do you carry sizes above 2XL?
Not yet — 2XL is the current ceiling across the whole catalog. If enough people ask for more, that changes; for now it's S–2XL only.
What if it doesn't fit or I just don't love it?
Email us and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your call. We're not going to interrogate you about it; just reach out and flag it.
My order showed up wrong or damaged — now what?
Email us a photo and your order number and we'll get a replacement moving. These things are built to hold up, but nobody bats a thousand, us included — and it's on us to fix, not you.
Can I return something someone gave me as a gift?
Yes — same process as any return, gift or not. We need the order details, not proof someone loves you.
What am I actually getting?
A soft unisex tee that holds up wash after wash — not a stiff bargain-bin throwaway. Most shirts run $29.99, and nothing on the site ever drops below $24.99. You're paying for the one you'll actually keep reaching for.
How do I wash it without wrecking the print?
Machine wash cold, inside out, tumble dry low — or hang dry if you're the patient type. Bleach and high heat are the print's natural predators. Avoid both.
It says "in stock" — so why does it take days to ship?
Because we don't stockpile every size in every design — you order, we ship. That's the trade-off for a catalog that doesn't force you to fight over the last Medium, and why it ships in 7–10 days instead of overnight.
Will the graphic hold up, or peel after two washes?
It holds up. The graphic's made to live through cold washes and low-heat drying — treat it right (inside out, no bleach) and the fit and feel stay consistent long after the novelty wears off.
Are the grannies real?
They're fictional — seven distinct personas, each with her own voice, backstory, and shirts. Real people don't usually come with merchandising rights and this little impulse control.
How do I shop by a specific granny?
Every granny runs her own page and her own lane. Hit "Meet the Grannies" up top, pick your fighter, and her drop is right there.
Can I request a design or tell a granny what to say?
There's no submission form yet, so no promises — but if you've got a phrase too good to not exist, email us. Worst case we ignore you; best case you started a bit.
Are you affiliated with, you know… that other site?
No. Not a partnership, not an endorsement, not a wink across the aisle. OnlyGrannyFans is parody apparel — a name and a bit. We are not affiliated with anyone regrettable, and the grannies would like that on the record.
Do I need to be 18+ to shop here?
Yes. The humor is adult and the language is crude, which is why the site gates you at the door for it — no nudity, no actual adult content, just shirts your therapist would flag.
